Graybox Project - Facade and Roof Restoration in Detroit

We’re proud to announce the successful completion of the Graybox Project in 2024, funded by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) through the City of Detroit. Awarded to us through a competitive bid, this project involved restoring the facades and roofs of four commercial buildings, contributing to the revitalization of Detroit’s commercial infrastructure. As a trusted partner of Durolast, we exclusively used their high-performance materials to deliver long-lasting results, ensuring the buildings are durable, energy-efficient, and aesthetically appealing.
